Wavy Awards

Helping us amplify voices in the music industry

New York City — The music industry has been making the long — overdue transition to a more equitable model and brighter future, and The Wavy Awards is here to put a bow on it! The collective movement towards proportional representation will happen this fall with a can’t-miss red-carpet event. We’re here to ratify a new vision for celebrating historically excluded artists with a blood pact we call: The Wavy Awards.

Through The Staff

Helping our students succeed

We believe that every child should have the right to access free, consistent music education. By breaking down the systemic barriers in the music education field that block young musicians from accessing musical resources, we are working to make that vision a reality.

At Through the Staff, we connect students from 2nd-12th grade to weekly virtual private lessons taught by talented conservatory and university musicians across the United States — all for free.

Black Classical Music Educators

BCME is helping us reach educators and students

Black Classical Music Educators is an online space that makes it easy for both parents of young aspiring musicians, and adult students interested in sharpening their music skills, to easily secure private lessons with a Black classical music educator. It is also a community for Black classical music educators to find and professionally engage with each other. We offer private lessons in every instrument of the orchestra, as well as voice, piano, composition, music theory, and conducting.
